This is an additional service which Destination Oxford offers.  We can secure rooms for you at the best competitive rate, organise rooming lists and handle all the paperwork with the hotels, so that the pressure is off your shoulders!

The purpose of our online accommodation booking system, Conference Bookings, is to pull together an allocation of rooms, large or small, using our database of providers. Details of the allocation along with event details are input into the system and a web-link is distributed to delegates so that they can access the page. Delegates can then progress to book their rooms direct over the internet. The advantage of using this facility is to give delegates the freedom to pick and choose their preferred accommodation depending on their budget. Please note that a valid credit card is required to secure bookings, although no money will be deducted until departure.
